The owner / Broker

Cristiano Marinari began his career in real estate in Milan (Italy), where the he gained significant experiences. He moved to the U.S. in the early nineties, when the market offers good investment opportunities. In 1995, in the heart of Miami, founds American ReQuest, Co., a company that provides assistance to full-service brokerage to an increasing number of Italian investors. By time, in addition to brokering activities, the company acquires and develops some buildings in the historic art deco district of Miami Beach, maturing as specific expertise in restructuring and property management.

In recent years Cristiano Marinari participates actively in the Italian's community life in Miami, creating successful businesses with favorable results, so appreciated to be appointed as chairman of some important organizations such as the United American Chamber of Commerce of Southeast. The Comites (Committee of Italians Abroad) and the American Institute of Italian Culture. Thanks to these experiences, American ReQuest expanded its area of expertise, employment, and investment property, devoted to interventions to promote the internationalization of the operations of Italian Small and Medium Enterprises in the territory of the United States.
